今天（星期二）凌晨 5:30 在我上班的路上拿了一个 20 盎司的葡萄 Powerade，吞噬了将近 1/2 然后立刻转身赶回家，因为我感觉很奇怪，不想在工作中碰巧生病。我花了 11 分钟才开车回家，在走到家里之前我在台阶上呕吐（用我的环形摄像机拍摄）。我感觉不舒服，一直睡到下午 4:30 然后醒来时感觉好多了。拿起食物喝了我留在车里的同样的葡萄 Powerade 后，我在再次喝完后的 13 分钟内就呕吐了，感觉恶心和头晕，就像今天早上一样。我相信这款 Powerade 是罪魁祸首。车里可能还有瓶子！
