5月30日晚上大约7点30分，我们从机场接完女儿后正驾车返回俄克拉荷马州的家，她决定想去Chick-fil-A吃东西。我购买了一份2辣味豪华鸡肉三明治，在重新上路前在车里吃了它。5月31日凌晨约3点，我发现自己完全无法入睡，原因是恶心、腹胀感（好像刚刚吃了太多东西，但自从在Chick-fil-A吃过之后就没有再吃任何东西）、发冷、头痛，突然感到不适。我呕吐出浓稠的黄色胆汁、几乎呈黑色的未消化生菜以及大量液体。我剧烈呕吐了大约30分钟到一个小时，直到出现干呕。现在我正经历剧烈的胃痛、发冷、恶心以及食道不适/疼痛，这使得因反流而难以吞咽。我百分之百确信这是由他们所使用的农产品受到细菌污染所导致的。我只是想把这件事公之于众，让相关人员在更多人因这家餐厅感染大肠杆菌或沙门氏菌之前进行检查。我不希望任何人遭受这种不适或痛苦。
