Last Monday night I ate at 800 pm I had a chicken bowl with brown rice with sour cream and cheese on it. Came to 1200 am I was throwing up and dirrahea all the way up til Friday morning. My stomach was cramping bad I was nauseous also. I know for a fact it was the chicken.

I bought a steak bowl (white rice, pinto beans, grilled vegetables, steak, lettuce, chips, and a coke) at 3:30 pm EST. I ate at 5:00 pm EST and began throwing up 6:15 pm EST. As of right now it is 10:20 pm EST and I am still experiencing explosive symptoms.
