November 16, 2018. I had chicken tacos with sour cream and cheese. By Sunday I had fever, nausea, and watery diarrhea.

I ate a chicken bowl from chipotle on July 14th. Woke up July 15th with diarrhea, extreme nausea, and the worst stomach cramps. These symptoms lasted up until this morning, July 18. I have never experienced anything like that before- it was almost unbearable.
