I ate last night a chicken bowl with everything included. This morning I woke up with a lot of cramps in my stomach and when I went to the bathroom, I had diarrhea really bad.

Had a steak salad with just lettuce, cheese, sour cream and guac at 6:30 pm. Moments after finished started feeling nauseous. Vomited it all up by 7:30.
