I had a burrito bowl, with white rice, chicken, corn, cheese, and sour cream. After an hour I went home and didn’t feel well! I threw up everything I had ate from chipotle & It was seen in my vomit

上周日下午 6 点左右，我讨厌装有法加它、西红柿、玉米、酸奶油、guac 和辣酱的鸡肉碗。晚上 10 点左右，我开始感到不适，晚上 11 点 15 分左右，我第一次休息。然后我又大量投掷了两次。第二天早上我因为胃痛去了紧张症。我不得不待在家里 3 天，今天是我回去工作的第一天。急诊所的医生说这可能是胃病毒或食物中毒。
