9 月 20 日星期六下午 1 点来和朋友共进午餐。我们都有牛排。我们当中有两个人吃了配菜沙拉，包括我自己。我的朋友注意到她的花园沙拉里有棕色生菜然后把它挑出来了，我买了凯撒沙拉但天气不是很冷而且生菜有点扁平，不脆的。我只是从敷料里猜出来的。第二天早上 4 点我醒来时出现严重抽筋、出汗过多、腹泻和呕吐。在过去的17个小时里，这种情况一直持续下去。如果我没有好转，我打算去看医生。这是我两天内唯一吃过的东西。
