I had a vegan sofritas burrito bowl with lettuce, tofu sofritas, fresh tomato salsa, guacamole, brown rice, and both black and pinto beans on Thursday around 12:30pm, by 5pm, I was nauseous and had diarrhea. I have now had diarrhea and vomiting for 48 hours. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
