Ordered a salad bowl with steak, cheese, corn salsa, fresh salsa, and guacamole. A few hours later, my stomach started hurting and I experienced nausea and diarrhea. This lasted for the majority of the day.My husband had a bowl with carnitas and barbacoa, but no guacamole or corn salsa and he felt fine. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
