Ordered a salad bowl with steak, cheese, corn salsa, fresh salsa, and guacamole. A few hours later, my stomach started hurting and I experienced nausea and diarrhea. This lasted for the majority of the day.

Ate around Noon on Dec 5th, 2018. Had three chicken tacos. Chicken, brown rice, verde salsa, cheese and lettuce.
