I had a carnitas burrito with white rice, black beans, grilled veggies, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese. I also ordered chips and guacamole. About two hours after eating I started getting really bad cramps and extremely nauseous. About 4 hours after eating I started throwing up and continuous diarrhea, it's been 15 hours and.
