我一直都在拜访。甚至不到一年前我去过这个度假胜地，我的整个团队（20人）都生病了，但我没事。我把这归咎于他们敏感的胃。这次（2019年6月）在度假村的第一天，我的男朋友病得很重（腹泻和严重抽筋）。两天后我生病了，病情逐渐恶化。直到发作7天后我们才完全康复。他第二天回家，第四天我回家。没有药物能使情况变得更好。我几乎无法将液体放下 2 天。而且这次的大多数人（40 人中有 20 人）也生病了。不是饮料而是食物。食物的质量和护理有些问题。

It happened to me at two resorts 1 at Bahia Pricipe Bavaro 2010 and 2 at this, That's it both are same symtoms started dealing nauseous and the severe vomiting and diarrhea and fever started about 4 to 5 hours later  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 发烧, 腹泻

The first night , after checking in , my wife and I went to the bar , we had one drink , just one , and went to our reserve restaurant diner , right after it my wife fell, She got better by next day , but all thru the night , she was vomiting and breathing heavily  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 腹泻
