My friends and I stopped yesterday to get 4 Monterey Taquito. When we 3 hours later we felt really sick, pain and we call 911 , the diagnosis say that we ate something with poison probably , and the only thing that we ate was those ta, The three of us got sick like 3-4 hours later we ate  | 症状: 呕吐

My mother was poisoned After she drank 1/4 of a slurpee and was hospitalized, My mother was sick and my little nephew who is 3 years old drank one sip and threw it away and it gave him diarrhea and a fever. It started about 5-8 hours afterwards.  | 症状: 呕吐, 发烧, 腹泻

I ordered a Chicken Wrap from RoFo located on Telegraph road at around 7pm. I was only able to eat half of it before my stomach felt nauseous. I then went home and got in bed, at 3am I vomited up what I had eaten. It is the day after and I still feel a slight fever. Don't eat here  | 症状: 发烧, 呕吐

My boyfriend bought a Sainsbury’s sandwich - chicken and pork stuffing sandwich. He ate it at 2pm and then started violently throwing up, diarrhoea, and fever- this lasted through the night. He had to call off work. He’s resting now but still has a fever  | 症状: 呕吐, 发烧

Got eggs, with salsa & siracha at 9:30am. Made it til about 1pm and started with diarrhea then projectile vomiting undigested eggs. This has been going on since Friday, (it’s now Sunday).  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
