19 年 4 月 25 日星期六，我在分机 25 赛道停下来买汽油和 Slushie，我买了芒果，因为其余的都没有冻结，我别无选择。我喝了一杯，付了钱，抽了汽油，然后撞了 I-75 到下一个科尔宾，肯塔基州 28 号出口，然后开车去了洛斯。当我到达那里的时候，我的头在跳动，我的肚子感觉很糟糕。我匆匆穿过洛斯，然后开车回到肯塔基州威廉斯堡/家，我两端都生病打了洗手间，头部猛击。今天是星期四，我还因腹泻和胃痉挛而生病。

I ate the sandwich at 4pm yesterday then woke up in the middle of the night about 1am vomiting and diarrhoea. I was awake until 11am being sick. I wasn't able to keep any liquid down until now (12pm). Still feel very ill.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

从 Family Mart 买了一个鸡肉和火腿三明治。经常吃这个，但不幸的是这次，我买的三明治在咬进第二个三明治之后味道不好。我把剩下的东西扔掉了，但是可惜发现食物中毒。，第二天早上食用后。开始呕吐一次，早上有点腹泻，但晚上症状恶化。呕吐更频繁，腹泻和剧烈的胃痛。
