My family stoped into Sheetz to get a bite to eat around 115 PM on August 24th 2018. We all ordered Burgers and fries, I got jalipino poppers. We got home at 7 PM and my wife began vomiting around 9 PM. It's now 11:22 She's still vomiting. Sheetz is the only place we ate at today.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

晚上 6 点吃了墨西哥玉米饼很好，晚上 11 点吃水果盘闻起来有点不舒服，检查完之后，我拿出了一块破烂的哈密瓜，气味消失了。我只吃了与没碰过的水果相反的水果。这是星期五 8 月 4 日凌晨 3 点我醒来时有史以来最严重的胃痛，从那以后一直有腹泻和呕吐。今天是第 5 天肚子还在翻转不饿，我打电话给家庭医生来获得抗恶心药。到目前为止，这在呕吐部分有所帮助。没有浴室因为我认为我没有什么东西还剩下。胃和腰痛太糟糕了。这是因为需要去洗手间但没有食物我不能。我可以压住一些液体。再也不会了。

I ate the taquito in the morning. It tasted wrong. I didn't eat the rest of the day. In the evening I started feeling exhausted and achy, took a nap, and woke up because I had diarrhea and vomiting. Have been unable to keep much food down since Friday, starting to feel somewhat better today.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
