去了士麦那南部的 wawa，点了米饭和豆碗。吃完大约 5 小时后我妻子病得很重。她发烧、发冷、呕吐、腹泻、头痛严重出汗。已经过去了大约 48 个小时，她仍然很虚弱，肚子还生病。她没有胃口。

我在回家的路上还剩下炸玉米饼，nc 我不得不在加油站停下来打电话给 911 我告诉 EMS 我刚刚在那里吃东西后，我看上去脸色苍白出汗肚子疼腹泻他告诉我他也有同样的事情发生在他身上  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 出汗, 胃痛

Had a spicy chicken sandwich with lettuce at there vegetable station couple days ago. I thought the lettue leaves are not fresh, but they didn’t have any other options in their food section. I won’t eat any food from kwik tip any more.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

上周我的未婚夫像往常一样进来，买了牛排和杰克奶酪 taquitos 供我们分享。她吃的那个尝过但她什么也没想到。在 2 小时之内，她就恶心了，整天都在工作中不停地发作 diharrea。今天，一周后，我们得到了三个，所有三个都很酸，只有两口咬了一口，已经 30 分钟了，我已经经历了一些轻微的胃痉挛了。报告了 Taquitos 并将其还给了商店。他们用了热枪告诉我显示屏上的那些很好。我在提供餐饮服务。仅仅因为热枪说它处于温度状态并不意味着它不是用劣质产品制成的。这在生产或分销层面都是个问题！！
