Llegué allí los tacos dejados en el camino de regreso a casa a Rockypoint, Carolina del Norte. Tuve que parar en una gasolinera y llamar al 911. Me veía pálido, sudoroso, dolor de estómago, diarrea tan pronto como le dije a EMS que acabo de comer allí, me dijo que le ha pasado lo mismo  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Fiebre, Náusea, Vómitos, Sudoración, Dolor de estómago

Had a spicy chicken sandwich with lettuce at there vegetable station couple days ago. I thought the lettue leaves are not fresh, but they didn’t have any other options in their food section. I won’t eat any food from kwik tip any more.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Fiebre, Náusea

My family stoped into Sheetz to get a bite to eat around 115 PM on August 24th 2018. We all ordered Burgers and fries, I got jalipino poppers. We got home at 7 PM and my wife began vomiting around 9 PM. It's now 11:22 She's still vomiting. Sheetz is the only place we ate at today.  | Síntomas: Fiebre, Náusea, Vómitos
