Last night (01/09/2018) at approximately 7pm I ate homemade tacos with two friends.

I bought philly rolls from Publix and ate in car on way home. It was good. When I got home I wasn’t feeling well and had diarrhea and threw up. I bought another tray and afraid to eat it. Never had this problem before.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

2019 年 1 月 5 日，我和儿子走到当地的 Safeway。他们有一个 hot wings 酒吧，我们购买了一些。我还决定从熟食店购买少量的西兰花沙拉。第二天早上我病得很厉害。我感到虚弱，开始呕吐，发冷了。它会平息并重新启动。我急于寻求救济，然后在热水澡中浸泡了大约一个小时。有些救济来了。我当时非常疲劳，但设法拖着自己去工作。错了。上班大约三个小时后，我开始发冷，开始发抖，这实际上是无法控制的。我在办公室地板上休息，而我的同事则用她的厚外套遮住了我。我丈夫从办公室接我，开车送我去紧急护理。101 发烧，对流感，脱水，腹痛不利。我继续感到疲劳，我的消化道完全失控了。腹部仍然有轻微的不适感，没有食欲和疲劳。

Got daal soup at the end of the day and a baguette. When home, opening the cup lid the smell was between sour and weird spicy. Warmed up and ate 3 spoons with a slice of baguette. Immediately I felt sick.
