巨型冰淇淋三明治-“由 Foodhold USA，Landover MD 分发”：我买了一盒，吃了一半盒子，在一两个小时内出现了严重的腹痛，抽筋，腹泻，气体，发冷。差点叫救护车太糟糕了。两天后仍然有腹痛，抽筋，腹胀，感觉非常恶心。之前购买过这些产品没有任何问题。

Ate sesame noodle salad, kale salad with black sesame and golden beet salad with snap peas. Purchased from the food bar at El Segundo Whole Foods on evening of 6/26. Woke up at 3:30 am with violent diarrhea for hours. Still not well days later  | 症状: 腹泻
