My family was here for the weekend for my sister's graduation. Around 10 PM on Dec 1, 2018, my Dad and I both became violently ill with the same symptoms. The only time we had recently eaten the same thing was breakfast at the Country Inn and Suites.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

We ate at the lunch buffet on Monday , November 26, 2018. I ate a piece of baked chicken and a piece of fried chicken, the only things different from what my husband had..he was not ill. We did not eat dinner and retired to bed early. I can’t remember being that sick ever...  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

2018 年 11 月 17 日星期六，我参加了在旧金山凯悦酒店举行的加州消费者律师安装和颁奖晚宴。晚上 7 点至 8 点左右，我吃了一顿三道菜的沙拉、素食主菜和水果挞。不久之后我就开始胃痛了。当我回到家时，我得了腹泻和呕吐。在活动结束后的 24 小时内，除了疲劳、发冷和肌肉酸痛之外，我还经历了更多的胃痛、腹泻和呕吐物。我知道那一定是活动中的食物，因为在过去的八个小时里我什么都没吃过。食物中毒使我的一天陷入瘫痪。
