Taco salad, Ate taco salad had 430 pm around 630pm nausea fever them vomit and then diarrhea it last for about 12 hours the diarrhea on and off last about 24 hours  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐, 恶心

I ordered the soup and salad lunch around 2 pm. I ate the minestrone and pasta fagiolo soups. 3:30 I had a bowel movement and another at 8:15 pm.
