We (me and my friend) bought chocolate, strawberry milkshake from McDonalds- Fort Mcmurray,AB location today on 5th April 2017 at 2:30 p.m.
We are on our way to Edmonton. After drinking it, within two hours we feel stomach upset and severe diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻

Friday, March 31st around 3:00 PM. A friend in another car two ahead of ours also ate the same thing. We both started vomiting around Saturday11:30 PM April 1st. The only place i had been all week except for a church meeting. Neither of our families or church groups have any illness at all.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

I'm not exactly sure what exactly made me sick, but I had bread dipped in olive oil, salmon, french roast coffee, green tea, and granola. My stomach was hurting for the rest of the evening and continued the next morning and is still persistent. I feel nauseous and as if I could vomit at any second.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
