Monday October 28 I ate 2 tacos at 11 am. 1 el pastor 1 carne asada. I got violently ill on Tuesday October 29 at around 10 am. Thinking back, the meat out of the steam well was not even hot. And it was sitting on the top of an over piled 1/6 insert.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

Picked up 5pm yesterday. Chicken burger and a share meal w popcorn chicken and 4 chicken strips. work up at 11pm was stuck in the bathroom all night. It's been 23hrs now and still have stomach cramps come and go.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

I ordered two pizzas (supreme and Canadian) on Oct 20’s afternoon. Four members of my family who ate the pizza had symptoms of food poisoning during the following day. We found beef and Pepperoni in the vomitus.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
