3 生病了。进食大约一个小时后，我们都感到毛骨悚然，非常饱腹和臃肿。然后我们有可怕的气体和胃痛。我们在中午左右吃了这种食物，那天晚上甚至没有吃晚饭，因为我们仍然感觉很饱。当我们今天早上醒来时，我三岁的女儿多次呕吐并得了腹泻，而我和我丈夫整天早上都有腹泻、胃和腰痛，但仍然没有吃东西。

我和我的朋友订购了各种各样的东西。我们的卷中确实有生鱼，但我担心的是咬西兰花天妇罗，那里的面糊还湿而且里面没有煮过。我相信天妇罗面糊中含有鸡蛋。那天晚上和第二天（今天至 2018 年 7 月 17 日）我一直很恶心，胃痛不好、腹泻和呕吐。我的室友告诉我，她两次在这个地方吃饭都生病了。
