I ate on June 8 at chipotle during lunch time. I had ordered a bowl half chicken and half steak. After couple hours I started noticing my throat was getting dry. Later tonight I started having a fever. Don't know if I will go back to chipotle after this.  | 症状: 发烧

Had the Big Mac meal with a chocolate shake on Sunday. Immediately developed an extreme stomach ache. Worked through my system, extreme pain, no vomiting. Tuesday evening and I still am not right but less in pain now than yesterday.  | 症状: 腹泻

嗨，
今天早些时候上午 10 点左右我喝了一杯冰咖啡。奇怪的是甜味，但它可能是底部未搅拌的调味料。大约 3 或 4 点左右，我开始胃痛非常糟糕，感觉就像呕吐一样。但是我并不晕眩。腹泻在下午 2 点左右开始，现在仍在恶化。我的胃仍然感觉非常糟糕和痛苦。
