寿司或沙拉，2 人吃了。1 个人吃了房子沙拉然后生病了。3 小时后开始呕吐，然后 3 小时开始腹泻。一直持续到早上。感觉头晕、轻微发烧、胃狭窄、疲劳  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 抽筋, 头晕, 疲劳

A&w restaurant last night At 1830h my wife and I had dinner from a&w. I had 2 double teen burgers and fries my wife had a double mozzarella burger onion rings and 2 chicken bacon ranch wraps. Within 6 hours we both are nausteaded I have diarrhea and she has a fever.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

I had the iced cinnamon cloud latte with soy milk .
Bad cramps afterwards and bloating .

我买了中等稀有的牛排薯条，上面放着克里奥尔黄油。它配有薯条和羽衣甘蓝沙拉。我还要求在旁边放一面松露黄油。他们把馄饨放在上面。我有点知道我的牛排有点奇怪它很热，但我不想抱怨。和我一起去的朋友也在抱怨胃痛。我在凌晨 1 点左右醒来，从那以后一直在呕吐。我真的可以看到我在仙人掌吃的所有东西都回来了，这并不愉快。

We think the prawns we ate at the pub., On March 16th, we ate the steak & prawn special at the Whistle Stop. Late Sunday evening at almost exactly the same time both my partner and I became violently ill. This lasted almost 12 hours and today, Wednesday, March 20th, we are both still tired  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

I had a burger and hot wings last night March 20 2019.. Later on I started sweating.. Body got all hot and I felt like I was dying.. I never puked so much in my life.. I filled up a bucket. Over flowed it. My dad had to clean up.. Very traumatic exsperience.. ?????  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 出汗
