I had dinner yesterday-Friday, Feb 07- I’ve ordered a ribeye steak with grilled vegetables and a glass of wine! The symptoms started at night, woke up at 2am with terrible nausea and lots of fatigue! Then at 5 am started the diarrhea and the vomit.

I found a snail shell on my food and I am afraid to be sick. I am not sure what can happen. I showed it to the employees and they didn't provide me with any help, but only apologies. Day 1 in Amsterdam went to our club lounge in the hotel and there where delicious warm treats. Had the fish and the meatballs and didn’t drink ice cubes just water bottle. 6 hours later I had the WORST diarrhea and vomiting at the same time.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

Quorn sausage roll, Loil, Netherlands

It is little known but Quorn can instil a strong allergic reaction on some people, basically mimicking food poisoning. It will happen with any Quorn product and every time. So if you ever suffer food poisoning like systems following a Quorn product like the vegan sausage roll, avoid it in future!!  | 症状: 呕吐, 过敏反应, Burping
