昨天中午吃了香肠鸡蛋和奶酪 McGriddle。不到 8 小时我就出现了第一轮腹泻。我本来可以睡两个小时，但后来从凌晨 13 点起就一直在洗手间里，抽筋很严重，感觉就像不间断的腹泻。我发烧了，感觉很恶心但还没呕吐。

11 月 1 日星期四我在午餐时吃了 Prets 金枪鱼沙拉三明治，那天晚上我开始感到不安。我不能吃晚饭。午夜时分，我开始猛烈呕吐并得了可怕的腹泻。这持续了整晚直到第二天。我甚至睡在浴室地板上。我也有非常严重的发冷和肌肉酸痛。这是我去过的最严重的病之一。
