我像往常一样吃了意大利辣香肠片和意大利辣香肠风车。吃完食物后仅几个小时，我就因为恶心。那天晚上睡觉的时候，我醒来时出现了可怕的胃痉挛，然后在一天余下的时间里开始呕吐。我打电话给他们是为了通知他们我因食物而生病了，但他们拒绝是因为他们的食物。

Last night I ordered the Joe's Steamer with an extra pound of clams. Around 4 AM I sick as a dog. My friend who went with me did not get sick. She ate no crab or sausage, just clams and muscles  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate a meatball entrée on greens with carrots and broccoli on 1/31. Everything was cold. Had diarrhea for 3 days and could not keep anything down. Went to the doctor and was given antibiotics.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
