After 3 hours I ate hot chicken sandwich made from 7- Eleven on Jan. 31 2016. I went to the emergency room for sharp pain of my stomach , non stop diarrhea and vomiting and got IVY treatment for couple hours there. Then I have been sick for one week,  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

I had the one that's a hard shell taco with the cheese on the outside and some Pepsi and then I woke up to diarrhea and vomitting to the point of straight stomach acid. Still ongoing.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Couple hours after eating taco bell started to feel under the weather, stomache cramping, then leading to really bad diareah, I could barely even leave the toilet, had to keep drinking water just to stay on top of keeping hydrated  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋
