我吃了 mc Donald 的早餐包装，里面有培根、奶酪、哈希棕色、鸡蛋，周一下午我感觉不错，但是星期二醒来时患有严重的 dihorrea，已经吃了 24 小时以上，胃痉挛也非常糟糕  | 症状: 腹泻, 抽筋

Second time this happens to me both from the same restaurant. After 4 hours of my lunch I started feeling week and nauseous and my fever went up.Afterwards I kept throwing up and having diarhea throuout the whole night  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
