我吃了一块牛排 Homewrecker 里面有生菜、奶酪、一点酸奶油、guac 和黄瓜。有一些筹码和 queso。这是我从这里吃了很多次的饭，30 分钟后我很快就开始出现非常痛苦的抽筋，然后出现了 2 Imodium 甚至无法杀死的恶劣腹泻病例。我累了，出汗和抽筋像疯了一样。

I ordered my meal to go around 7pm 16 April 2016. I ate as soon as I arrive home and about an hour later the vomiting started and lasted until about Sunday at 4:45am. This was followed by about 5 episodes diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐

我昨天吃了 Taco Bell 的 #6 作为午餐，那天没有其他任何东西，所以我知道 chalupas 是原因所在。第二天晚上我经历了严重的胃痛、极度腹胀、腹泻、发烧和恶心伴有呕吐。我今天无法吃任何东西。我再也不会在 Taco Bell 吃饭了。他们需要关闭。
