I ate at 7pm Arizona time, I had a chicken bowl with brown rice, black beans, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. The symptoms started around 11 pm, but I didn't throw up and diarrhea until 530 am the next morning  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

ate around 4 pm and around 7:30 pm got extremely nauseous and abdominal cramps, now have diarrhea and vomiting along w/ a fever. can't even get out of bed.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
