I got really sick approximately 6pm that night after eating there btwn 1230 and 1pm. Up all night with vomitting, diarrhea, fever and nausea. Tried to go back to work today 2 days later but stomach still messed up  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
