我在 2018 年 3 月 2 日下午 12 点 30 分在 Chipotle 吃了午餐。下午 2 点 30 分左右，我的胃开始有点不舒服，但是到了晚上 11 点 45 分，我出现了严重的胃痛、呕吐、腹泻、剧烈的寒战和发烧。早上 6 点左右，我丈夫坚持要我去医院，因为我的症状太严重了。医生做了血液检查，尿液样本，检查了我的症状并怀疑食物中毒。我严重脱水，需要静脉输液、止恶心的药物和另一种止胃痉挛的药物，因为你实际上能感觉到我的胃在收缩。

订购了星冰乐，但味道不太合适，但是员工说他们正在改变食谱，所以以为可能是这样。那天晚上我得了食物中毒。呕吐、腹泻、胃痛和恶心。我碰巧回到了用过的杯子里，第二天早上它闻起来有酸味和醋味。星冰乐绝对不好。
