9:30 pm on a Saturday night. I had chicken piccata and gnocchi soup. While still at the restaurant, 15 minutes later after I started my meal, I felt tummy ache and had to go to the restroom. I ended up leaving the restaurant without finishing half of my plate. The piccata tested weird.  | 症状: 腹泻

I started feeling nausea about an hour after eating and that was the last food item I ate. I ignored it until it got so bad I started sweating. I sat on the toilet for as long as I could and my bowel movements softened. Now it's 4:30 am and I just threw up my entire meal.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

下午 2 点左右配番茄汤的面包碗。晚上 9 点开始呕吐，腹泻从凌晨 1 点左右开始。呕吐持续了大约 12 个小时，腹泻持续了两天。现在已经过了四天了，我仍然虚弱，胃痛和恶心，还没有离开床。老实说，我不知道这是汤还是我感染了胃病毒，但是想报告一下，以防还有其他发作。
