9:30 pm on a Saturday night. I had chicken piccata and gnocchi soup. While still at the restaurant, 15 minutes later after I started my meal, I felt tummy ache and had to go to the restroom. I ended up leaving the restaurant without finishing half of my plate. The piccata tested weird.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I started feeling nausea about an hour after eating and that was the last food item I ate. I ignored it until it got so bad I started sweating. I sat on the toilet for as long as I could and my bowel movements softened. Now it's 4:30 am and I just threw up my entire meal.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
