It is my birthday, so in the morning my sister walked to star bucks and got me a green tea frappachino, the next thing I know, before dinner in hit with exrusiating stomache pain, next thing I know I'm sweating and going to the bathroom uncontrollably! It is the worst birthday ever!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

On June 2, 2016 at around 9am I had 3 eggs over easy, hashbrowns and 4 slices of bacon and a glass of water in the morning. Violent vomiting ensued several hours later followed by diarrhea in the evening and more vomiting the following day. Have a fever of 101.1F right now.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Bowl with chicken, steak, cheese, guacamole, salasa, lettuce, fajitas, black beans, brown rice. On 4/20/16 @ 7:30 pm and symptoms began sometime in the middle of the night that night. Symptoms still persist as of 4/21 @ 10:00pm  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧
