I'm currently in the toilet, my stomach doesn't like the salad bowl with Steak, Quest,Sour Cream, Lettuce and Guacamole and I think my stomach is halfway getting rid of it  | 症状: 腹泻

三天前吃了鸡肉三明治吃晚饭。第二天早上恶心了然后扔了早餐。又吐了起来然后以为就是这样。但是，第二天每 30 分钟就会有一次不间断的腹泻，而不是呕吐，根本无法保持下来，根本无法保持液体或固体！无论那个三明治里有什么东西都给我带来了我经历过的最严重的痛苦和抽筋。此外，我的发烧不会下降，我发冷了。三天没去上班了。再也不会了，汉堡王。

This afternoon during the 12 lunch hour I ate a steak burrito bowl and my husband had a Barbacoa burrito bowl. I am extreme sick with painful stomach cramps, diarrhea and nausea. I ate the steak, sour cream and medium salsa which my husband did not. One of these things has given me food poisoning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋
