Went to the fair today with my boyfriend and we both had the same food there. About 4-5 hours later when we got home we both ran to the bathroom. I threw up several times and my boyfriend went out the other end. We only ad food at the fair today no where else.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

5 月 31 日星期三，我还生病，太可怕了，太糟糕了，以至于我在呕吐时昏倒摔倒并撞到了我的头。在呕吐物中醒来。烧烤鸡肉沙拉里面有一些枯萎的生菜，鸡肉可能没有煮熟。我当时在参加商务会议午餐，所以我把它拒之门外，专注于业务。错了，我还生病了。
