11/25/18 @ night, we ordered burgers for my two kids, bun & meat only, and for my husband and I, with everything including bacon and special sauce. Thankfully only my husband and I got sick... Terribly sick. It could have been the bacon, the sauce or the vegetables, since my kids had zero symptoms.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

Literally got sick about a week ago and just yesterday my wife at some inn n out burger with a milkshake and within two hours she was throwing up and getting all the food poisoning symptoms  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Stopped at In and Out on my way from Yuma to San Diego at approximately 1:00 on 5/7/17. I ordered a burger animal style, no tomato, and fries. My husband ordered a double double, Ketchup only and fries. It was the only thing I had to eat… 更多

At sometime in the late morning, a partial Portabello and Swiss Buttery Burger. It tasted so bad, I only at part of it and threw the rest away. Over 12 hours later, I was constantly having diarrhea and heartburn.  | 症状: 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 胃灼热
