Had salad with chicken, black beans, cheese, sour cream and salsa at 6:00 pm on 7/31/18. At 1:00 am I was so sick I almost called 911. Violent vomiting, diarrhea, fever for 24 hours. Had to stay home from work. I reported this directly to the restaurant.  | 症状: 腹泻

Around 5 pm My oldest daughter bought the animal style fries & cheeseburgers shared it with her 2 smaller siblings by 4 am both had fevers & my daughter was vomiting diarrhea now the third child is sick fever / projectile vomiting  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐

去那里庆祝我的继女生日，我们为孩子们准备了 Mac 和奶酪我吃了牛排沙拉那是我们吃了大约三十分钟后，在比赛中我头晕目眩然后跑到洗手间吐了起来，腹部抽筋和腹泻不得不离开然后去看呃这是食物中毒我的两个继女也感觉不太好。今天我还生病头晕头痛和腹泻呕吐已经消退了这太吓人了我真的以为我会在浴室里昏倒

My family and I ate a late lunch at Panda Express on Cedar on July 4, 2018. I was the only person to get sick. I had Orange Chicken with Fried rice and chowmein. About 1hr later I got diarrhea and was extremely sick; about 5 hours later I was vomiting. I am still suffering with diarrhea and nausea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Had a double quarter pounder around 9 PM then fell asleep at 11 PM. Woke up 2 hours later throwing up bits and chunk of beef in a daze, luckily I was awake enough to have headed to the restroom before I threw up in my room. It’s 5 AM now and my stomach has been feeling queasy and I have diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
