11/25 pm 9:30 吃了牛排卷饼配糙米、鳄梨调味酱、温和的酱汁、奶酪和黑豆。那天傍晚/清晨因胃痛而起床然后我不得不跑到洗手间呕吐。不幸的是我无法握住它然后把它扔到我的地板和墙壁上。我仍然因发烧而感到恶心，几乎无法抑制任何东西。
