昨晚我在加利福尼亚州兰开斯特的 K 大道旁吃了一个 chipotle 我今天早上病得很重，整晚都因为胃痛、发冷、腹泻和恶心而起床。我不能站立超过几分钟，也不能开车，但是今晚我老公回家后我会去看医生。

在我们的圣诞节聚会上，几乎每个人都出现了类似流感的症状；严重的呕吐、腹泻、胃痉挛、发冷等。我们中的一些人因脱水而陷入急诊。我们有多种来自 Costco 的食物和沙漠，但我们有信心将精力固定在新月卷中的小热狗身上，我们都至少吃了 1 个或更多。

第二天我吃了巴西擦翅然后恶心醒来，但它很快就过去了，所以我什么也没想到。那不是我又有了它们，因为我非常喜欢它们，还为我的家人买了一些。第二天早上我醒来时又恶心了，但这次它保持强劲。轮班大约 4 个小时后，我开始每 20 分钟呕吐一次。一个小时后，我开始腹泻并同时呕吐。有一次我病得很重，我无法开车去工作对面的医院。情况变得非常严重，以至于我会呕吐，因为寒冷和没什么可吐的痛苦而陷入震动，然后我不得不躺下 15-20 分钟。最后我在医院呆了20个小时，错过了3天的工作。

My husband and I could tell the pasta tasted funny. Plus the food came out super quick which to me was odd. Less than an hour after eating it I had diarrhea. Later on that bought I started vomiting. The next morning my husband started vomiting as well.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
