Almost everyone at our Christmas gathering got flu like symptoms ; severe vomiting, diarrhea , stomach cramps, chills, etc. A few of us ended up in ER from dehydration. We had multiple foods and deserts from Costco but we feel confident to pinning down to little hotdogs… See more

My husband and I could tell the pasta tasted funny. Plus the food came out super quick which to me was odd. Less than an hour after eating it I had diarrhea. Later on that bought I started vomiting. The next morning my husband started vomiting as well.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
