Attended a benefit sponsored by Make a Wish Foundation. Dishes for each table were family style. Tilapia dish was lukewarm when brought to table. Got up the next morning with a whopping case of diarrhea. Have a lot of questions about the food handling there.  | 症状: 腹泻

6/13/17@ 下午 3 点。有一个汉堡，没有奶酪蛋白质风格的薯条和冰茶。从晚上 10 点 30 分左右开始，感觉腹胀和呕吐两次，出现多次腹泻。发烧、身体疼痛和发冷。炸薯条味道很奇怪，就像用腐烂的油煮熟一样。在此之前，In-N-Out 从来没有遇到过问题。
