已购买袋装羽衣甘蓝和花椰菜沙拉。全新的包包打开了。添加了一些我昨天也在沙拉上使用的火鸡，没问题。晚上 7 点左右。在一小时之内，我发生了严重的抽筋-以为是汽油，吃了 tums 而且没有缓解。我现在整夜都在呕吐，痛苦地团结起来，大汗淋漓。现在已经是凌晨 5 点半了，这是第四次承诺。甚至没有压住我的水。
