This was a take out order from Thai Dishes in Manhattan Beach, Ca. I ate all of the beef salad and about half of the Chicken TomYum soup. Within half an hour I had uncontrollable diarrhea that lasted on and off for about two hours.  | 症状: 腹泻

My son and I both got food poisoning after eating dinner at El Pollo Loco. I had the shrimp burrito and my son had the stuffed chicken quesadilla. Not sure what caused it, but we both were vomiting for over an hour.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
