晚上 8 点 30 分至 9 点左右吃了松露龙虾 Mac 和奶酪以及 Cobb 沙拉。大约 1 小时后变得恶心了。随之而来的是胃部不适和腹泻。大约 2 小时后开始呕吐。整晚大部分时间都因腹泻、发冷和呕吐而起床（大约 7 次）。最后一次呕吐后终于在凌晨 5 点左右感觉好多了。

星期六下午我吃了滑块和排骨。晚上我感觉虚弱，星期天早上我发冷和发烧。周一晚上呕吐。整个星期二我都很虚弱，变得发冷，恶心。星期三晚上我腹泻很糟糕！如此频繁，以至于我在短短 6 个小时内去洗手间超过 10 次，直到我只是在喝水，好消息我记得我的医生给了我洛哌丁胺，当我服用 2 粒胶囊后，它就停下来了，我能够在凌晨 4 点睡觉。星期四，不再有腹泻，只是感觉臃肿和有点恶心。星期五，我终于没事了。我想我从肋骨中毒了，因为我给了我的宝宝一些滑块，但她什么也没发生，我丈夫怀疑它可以被冷冻，然后在里面煮得不好。我吃的时候饿死了所以我真的不记得怎么样了
