Got a large bowl, half brown rice half salad. Salad was moldy (was hungry and eating too fast and swallowed too quickly - otherwise would’ve spit it out) - tasted like fungus. Bloating within 5 hours and diarrhea and nausea within 9. Diarrhea ongoing.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 腹胀

I had a Double Whopper and a 10pc nuggets. The food was pretty bad but edible, nuggets and beef patties were very dry and seemed to have been sitting out for quite a while.
